Our monthly shipment of raw hemp was delayed in customs
Every month we receive a fresh container shipment of raw hemp rope from our production partner in Europe. Normally we time our shipments so that there is no interruption of production. Unfortunately, this month's shipment had an unexpected delay due to to customs. Our new stock is expected to be delivered this Friday, 4/12/2019
How does this impact your order?
Orders containing 6MM hemp rope will take a few extra days to fulfill. We have extra staff working overtime next week to process the new stock, so the delay will be minimal. Customers impacted by the delay will be contacted by our customer service staff to keep you updated on your order's progress.
