New International Shipping Rates!

September 10, 2016

We're proud to announce that through negotiated partnership with UPS, we are now able to offer lower rates and faster service on most* international orders!

New shipping zones mean more accurate shipping costs for each region: Canada & Mexico; Australia & New Zealand; British Isles, Western Europe & Italy (Including Vatican City); Rest of the Globe.

Service with UPS means shipping transit times of 3-9 days (versus 6-15 for USPS Priority Mail) for most orders (UPS is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, orders being sent to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail).

For full details on shipping rates, timelines, and policies please see our shipping page.

* Smaller orders below the 3lb threshold are not effected by the new rates. For rope orders under 2lbs, USPS Priority Mail remains the lowest available rate.
